Certified midPoint Professional

A person holding this certificate is an experienced professional in the Identity Management field.

The certificate will be awarded to a person which:

• Finished at least two complete identity management projects in the last five years. From these at least one has to be built on midPoint. This has to be proved by a testimonials of a project leader or two significant team members. The candidate must state his position in the team, work responsibilities and indicate the basic outline of the technology used in the projects.
• Has at least three years of active identity management experience. The candidate must prove that his first hands-on experience with identity management technology is at least three years ago by presenting a training certificate, copy of a support ticket, mailing list post or any similar proof.
• The candidate must pass a test which contains technology-neutral questions regarding basic identity management concepts and midPoint-specific questions
• The certificate will not be awarded for work on very simple projects. The projects must be at least of medium complexity.
• The certificate may be awarded to a person who proves skills and experience equivalent to the criteria stated above. E.g. the certificate may be awarded to developers of identity management products, researches in the identity management field and so on.

Certified midPoint Architect

A person holding this certificate is an experienced professional in the Identity Management field that has an in-depth knowledge in both practical and theoretical areas of the field. The person has skills and experiences required for a technical leadership of a complex identity management deployment.

The certificate will be awarded to a person which:

• The candidate must satisfy all conditions for midPoint Professional certificate.
• Finished at least three complex identity management projects in the last seven years. From these at least one has to be built on midPoint. This has to be proved by a testimonials of a project manager and at least one more member.
• The candidate must state his position in the team, work responsibilities and indicate the basic outline of the technology used in the projects. The candidate must also write an architectural description of at least one of the projects in such a way that demonstrate his in-depth knowledge of the technical solution and his ability to use identity management concepts both in theory and practice.
• Has at least five years of active identity management experience. The candidate must prove that his first hands-on experience with identity management technology is at least five years ago by presenting a training certificate, copy of a support ticket, mailing list post or any similar proof.
